Refund policy

Every order, commission and sale is handled with utmost care. I want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase.

Please take the time to read descriptions carefully, including the artwork dimensions and materials used. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will be happy to help. 

UK Returns Policy

Original artwork can be returned (insured) within 7 days of purchase, providing it is undamaged and in all of its original packaging. To start an exchange or return, you need to contact me at sarah@svalentiart.com. Once accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting an exchange/return will not be accepted.

Canvas art prints are made to order and are therefore not returnable. 

No returns on sale/discounted items.

International Returns Policy

Returns are not accepted on international orders (i.e. outside of the UK). All sales outside of the UK are final. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me. 

What do I do if my artwork arrives damaged?

I take every possible precaution to package artworks professionally and securely and select shipping companies with care. Nevertheless, if an artwork is damaged in transit to you, please contact me at sarah@svalentiart.com within 24 hrs and attach a description and photos of the damage.
