Shipping policy

Upon payment, your artwork will be packaged with great care and dispatched to you within one week.

UK shipping on original paintings: Special delivery via Royal Mail is provided free-of-charge on all sales of original art to customers within the UK. Please ensure the delivery address you provide at checkout is correct. 

UK shipping on canvas prints: Your print will be meticulously produced and shipped from my nearest fine art printing facility to ensure faster delivery and safer transit. From the time you place your order, production and delivery typically takes one to two weeks.

Please note: All import and customs duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

International sales and shipping: International delivery timelines vary and are beyond my control, but express shipment will be used wherever possible. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed on them by their country. This is an additional cost to your order for you to expect when the package reaches your country. 

Please be aware that international shipping times can be unpredictable and sometimes lengthy. I am unable to process refunds or resend potentially lost orders until packages have been stuck in transit for the timeframe specified by the carrier to file a claim. Orders that are rejected by the buyer upon delivery will not be refunded.

Incorrect shipping information: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping information. Orders will not be refunded for lost, mis-delivered, undelivered, or returned orders due to the buyer providing incorrect shipping information.

Ownership of the copyright: I retain all rights to all artwork I create. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create unless the collector has also purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork.
